General Description


    The JD9261 supports qHD resolution driving controller. The JD9261 is designed to provide a single-chip solution that combines a source driver, gate driver control, power supply circuit to drive a-Si TFT dot matrix LCD with 540RGBx1280 dots at maximum.
    The JD9261 can be operated in low-voltage condition for the interface and integratedinternal boosters that produce the liquid crystal voltage and the voltage follower circuit for liquid crystal driver. In addition, The JD9261 also supports various driving functions to reduce the power consumption of a LCD system via software control. The JD9261 is suitable for any small portable battery-driven and long-term driving products, such as handheld PDAs, digital cellular phones and bi-directional pagers
